Refund and Return Policy
Unlike many other fragrance companies, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our products. If you find that a product you purchased doesn't meet your preferences, we recommend exploring options such as reselling it on other social platforms or within fragrance enthusiast communities, like Facebook fragrance groups.
However, if you receive a damaged product (manufacturing defects only), please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to facilitate an exchange for the affected product. Your satisfaction remains our priority in such cases.
NOTE:
The EXCHANGE OF ANY LEAKED OR DAMAGED PRODUCT IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU HAVE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WITHOUT ANY PAUSE & CUTS.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In an event that an order is undelivered, returned or held by the courier/customs due to reasons not attributable to us but the customer's due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or failure to respond to courier communication,
The following terms shall apply:

Re-shipping
The customer may request a re-dispatch of the order by bearing the full re-shipping and return logistics cost. -
Refunds
If the customer opts for a refund instead of re-shipping, the refund shall be processed after deducting 30% of the total order value, towards shipping, handling, processing and administrative costs. -
Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping charges and any payment gateway fees are non-refundable. -
Timeline
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned parcel is received and inspected. (if received that is not what had been sent consider the refund & reship cancelled) -
Final Authority
The company reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases based on courier records and delivery attempt logs.
