Amafhh Peppermint Essential Oil is made from the fresh leaves of Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) through the steam distillation method. Its usage ranges from respiratory problems, hair care and skin care to digestive problems. Peppermint is one of the oldest and highly-regarded herb for clearing chest congestion by inhaling it. Peppermint oil is high in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A and C, minerals, manganese, iron, calcium, magnesium, folate, copper, and potassium. Amafhh Peppermint Essential oil is best known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and astringent properties. As no chemical processes or additives are used for making this essential oil, it is pure and safe to use. It blends well with various other essential oils including eucalyptus, rosemary, lemon, marjoram etc. So many aromatherapists and herbalists commonly use peppermint oil in their medicinal or aromatic combinations.

For glowing skin, add 6 to 8 drops of the oil to 30ml of product (scrub, lotion, cream etc). You can dilute 1-2 drops of oil with water and use it for face rinse and you can also use 3 to 4 drops of oil with 5ml of carrier oil for skin and body massage.
For hair mix 5 to 6 drops in 10 to 15ml carrier oil and massage the scalp gently.
Add a drop to your favorite smoothie recipe for a refreshing twist.
Put a few drops of essential oil on your handkerchief and inhale, or you can drop a few while steaming inhalation.
