Smoked patchouli opens with a blast of patchouli which keeps fading into the drydown but still remains the most prominent note of the fragrance my nose does pick up the leather which may give you the tuscan leather like sweet leather vibe but this is unique there is amber and other sweet warm accords in the base but they never overpower the patchouli there is also a flowery element to this one maybe rose tuberose but it can also be the blending which gives that accord
